Radar observation and plotting simulator

The purpose of the course is practical training of navigators on use of the radar-tracking information received from the radar indicators for reasons of navigation safety. The given course is intended for use at carrying out of training and vocational training of pilots and officers of the watch according to requirements of STCW-78/95 Code and resolution No1 dated 04.01.96. of department of Marine Transport of Russian Federation.

The program is aimed at high-grade practical use of the radar-tracking information with profound knowledge of opportunities and restrictions of a radar station, during navigation of vessels in conditions of limited visibility.
