Bridge and Engine Room Resource Management (BERM)

The main purpose of the training is training of sea navigating and engineering watch on methods and ways of their effective interaction, improvement of mutual understanding during work with the purpose of accident precaution, connected with the "human factor". The given program is intended for training of keeping the navigating and engineering watch of the level of control and the level of operation.
