Bridge Resource Management (BRM)
The program is developed according to requirements of Section A-II/1, Section A-II/2 and Section B/VIII-2 of the STCW'95 Code.
As the majority of sea failures (about 80 %) occurs on fault of the person-operator of the navigator or the pilot, which make mistakes at processing of the information received from numerous sources, the basic purpose of the course consists in lowering risk of making of incorrect decisions on action or inactivity in fast varying conditions.
